Shell Fishing Club

Purpose

The Shell Fishing Club would like to try and monitor catches and species caught in our club lakes at Aldeby this season. Our aim is to collate the data we receive and present a report on your catches at the 2012 AGM.

Instructions

Please take a short while to complete the form below, there are no mandatory fields, but please give us as much information as you can. The second half of the report is split into two, first is a place to record a general catch and further down there's a spot to record a 'specimen' fish.
